Flatbread





Number of servings: 4

Preparation time: 40 min

Cooking time: 10 Min

INGREDIENTS:

  • 300 grams plain flour 

  • 200 ml milk

  • 50 grams unsalted butter 

  • ½  tsp salt

  • Optional Toppings: Cherry Tomatoes, Garlic, Rucula, Avocado...

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat the milk and the butter till the butter has melted

  2. Place the flour and salt in a separate bowl 

  3. Make a hole in the center of the flour and add the melted butter and milk 

  4. Mix with your hands until it forms a dough.

  5. Let it rest for 20 min (covered with cling film in a warm spot)

  6. Cut the dough in 4 equal parts( approx. 125 grams per piece)

  7. Flour your table top slightly and roll the dough into a ball , then flatten it .

  8. Slightly heat a frying pan with a touch of olive oil

  9. Evenly fry your flatbreads on each side till ready

  10. Serve warm and delicious!

TIP: Topping combinations

  1. Cherry tomatoes, crushed garlic, Rucola and some grilled pine nuts! 

  2. Avocado 🥑 slices and cherry tomatoes 🍅
