INGREDIENTS:
300 grams plain flour
200 ml milk
50 grams unsalted butter
½ tsp salt
Optional Toppings: Cherry Tomatoes, Garlic, Rucula, Avocado...
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat the milk and the butter till the butter has melted
Place the flour and salt in a separate bowl
Make a hole in the center of the flour and add the melted butter and milk
Mix with your hands until it forms a dough.
Let it rest for 20 min (covered with cling film in a warm spot)
Cut the dough in 4 equal parts( approx. 125 grams per piece)
Flour your table top slightly and roll the dough into a ball , then flatten it .
Slightly heat a frying pan with a touch of olive oil
Evenly fry your flatbreads on each side till ready
Serve warm and delicious!
TIP: Topping combinations
Cherry tomatoes, crushed garlic, Rucola and some grilled pine nuts!
